  • What’s the bottom line (are there any hidden fees)?

    It’s free to list your home with You’ll only pay a commission to the buyer’s real estate agent if your home sells. Which can be between 1-3% (we can advise you on what percentage to offer).

    From there, the buyer’s agent gives us a share of their commission—equal to 0.5% of your home’s sale price. But to be clear, that comes from the buyer’s side. So you only pay the commission you set for the buyer’s agent. They offer us 0.5% of the home’s selling price from their commission at no additional cost to you.

    The only way you’ll ever pay more than the buying agent’s commission is if you choose to add on our optional Agent Concierge package which is a one-time upfront fee of $599 due when you create your USRealty account or at a later date if you decide to purchase the optional package after signup.
